Biography
Duda Libman is a Brazilian artist based in London. She is currently completing a BA in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, graduating in 2026.
Working primarily with painting, installation, and found materials, her practice explores the relationship between landscape, memory, and displacement. Through fragmented supports and accumulated surfaces, she investigates how images emerge through processes of translation and attention. Influenced by ideas of material agency and spatial perception, her works invite viewers to navigate them physically, revealing meaning through movement, duration, and proximity.
Drawing from her experience of migration from Brazil to the United Kingdom, Duda approaches landscape as a form of emotional cartography - mapping the ways in which place shapes inner experience.
