THE BANGKOK EDITION

The First Edition of Sasiorn takes place in Bangkok, set within an intimate house transformed into a gallery. This edition showcases works of national Thai artists including Thawan Duchanee, Anand Panin, and Praiwan Dakliang, alongside sculptures and furniture by Studio Defective and Anan Wattanakorbkwin.
CULINARY WORKSHOP
In collaboration with Baan Ayakarn
In collaboration with Baan Ayakarn, Sasiorn presents a dessert-making workshop exploring the intersection of art and gastronomy.

The session features the creation of Thai desserts including Kanom Pia, Look Choop and herbal tea, reflecting the harmony between tradition and artistry.

Taking direct inspiration from the Pink Tecoma flower in Praiwan Dakliang’s artwork, the experience transforms what is seen on canvas into a living dialogue between art and cuisine.

MIXOLOGY WORKSHOP

Sasiorn presents our Mixology Workshop, inspired by the flavours, ingredients, and spirit of Thai culture. Bringing together art and gastronomy, the workshop invited guests to experiment with local botanicals, aromas, and flavours, transforming cocktail-making into an exploration of creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling.

THE DINNER
IN COLLABORATION WITH HOPPE RESTAURANT
Sasiorn presents a chef’s table experience in collaboration with Hoppe Restaurant. An evening where Hoppe’s ingredient-led presentation becomes its own form of artistry, set against curated masterpieces by Thailand’s national artists.
